Customers may use the platform to manage operational information that may include PHI as defined under HIPAA. PHI is processed solely in accordance with applicable Business Associate Agreements (“BAAs”).
All other personal data (including account information, operational data, and technical data) is governed by this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
EIS does not use customer data for advertising.
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data, including PHI and personal data submitted to the platform.
EIS may generate aggregated and de-identified data and system metadata derived from use of the platform. Such data does not identify any individual or customer.
EIS implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable laws.
